We, the staff of Mt. Fuji, are dedicated to providing you with
the highest standard of food quality, service and cleanliness. We
have experienced hibachi chefs and extremely friendly staff members so
you can be definately entertained while enjoying our carefully picked
vegetable and specially prepared seafood , steak and chicken. This
restaurant, being the family's newest Mt. Fuji in the Denver Metro
area, is the only Hibachi restaurant in Parker with full sushi bar
also. We treat each customer as a guest to our home and we really
appreciate each guest's coming.
There are two sections in our restaurant: One section is cozy,
quite and private. There are booths, tables and full sushi bar. This
is more of an ideal and luxurious environment for having
conversations. The other section is highly energetic, great fun and
exciting. There are 8 hibachi tables which can seat 90 people. This is
where our chefs cook right in front of you, make you laughing and make
your day. There are 46-inch plasma TVs in both sections. You can enjoy
both your meal and your favorite football team at the same time over
your favorite cocktail.
